All products we ship out are carefully checked, tested and packaged before leaving our shipping department.
Shipping damages must be reported to the Delivery Company and SWG’s upon receipt of shipment. This is imperative in order to perfect any claim to the carrier.
Return Merchandise must be in original packaging, unused and resalable.
Claims must be filed within 15 days from date of purchase of your order. Shipping charges are never refundable. Refund will be issued with 10 days of receipt of returned product.
All returns must be pre-authorized and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RA#) before shipping them back. Call SWG’s at 913-592-2143 to get return authorization. Original shipping expenses cannot be refunded and all returned products be shipped at your expense. Special order items, sales or special deals are non-returnable.
Replacement units, if under warranty, will be shipped with no cost to you.
Special Note: Tetra 1-stone and 2-stone aerators can be sent back directly to Manufacturer’s Return Dept. If the aerator unit stops working you will need to send in unit only with the original receipt (Do not need to return hose or the airstone). Always check your source of electricity first to see that it is not the problem. They will honor a life-time warranty by sending in direct. Call or email us for Tetra return address. Usually takes them 2-3 weeks to get an aerator sent back to you free-of-charge.
